Exchange & Return

We guarantee that all the products we sell are original and brand new. For authenticity claim cases, please provide us with the official document from the brand name that refutes the authenticity of the bag along with its Luxury City original receipt. The bag must be in its original condition, packaging and all accessories/tags must be intact. It will be reviewed strictly, on a case-by-case basis.

 

Shop @Stores

For purchases made at any Luxury City outlet stores, it is non-refundable but exchangeable within 7 days at any outlet provided that it is unused and in its original condition (all tags, care cards, authenticity cards, dust bag intact), presented with the original Luxury City receipt.

 

Items labeled as 1% imperfect are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

Shop @Events

For purchases made at sale events, all sales are final, strictly no exchange and refund.

 

Shop @Online

For incorrect or fatal defective items shipped, we have a 7 day return policy (Singapore area) upon receipt of items by the customer, subjected to the following terms and conditions:

Item must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, including the original product packaging, tags, cards and all the necessary documents.

All exchanges & returns will be reviewed by Luxury City first and we reserve the rights to replace the product with a new item of the same design and model, or full refund in Luxury City credits, or refund in cash less all shipping and administrative fees.

We cannot refund shipping fees, duties, taxes and tariffs. We do not offer free returns on international orders.

This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as 1% imperfect offer items.
